About this course
This training covers all aspects of being the dedicated Fire Warden within the workplace. It addresses responsibilities in both low-risk settings, such as office environments, and high-risk settings, such as construction sites. It includes fire extinguisher training and simulations conducted in a blind-folded or smoke-filled environment to ensure preparedness and effective response in fire emergencies.

Learn how to safely find your way out of a smoked filled environment.

Learn how to grasp the fundamental concepts of fire, including its basic elements and how it spreads.

Learn about various methods used to extinguish fires, including passive and active suppression techniques.

Understand the different types of fire extinguishers available and their suitable applications.

What will I leave with?

After successfully finishing the course, participants will receive a Coast Training certificate, which remains valid for a duration of two years. To maintain their certification, delegates are required to undergo the training again.

Registration and Welcome: The day typically begins with registration, where participants confirm their attendance and receive any necessary training materials or equipment.

Safety Briefing: A safety briefing is conducted to highlight the importance of adhering to safety protocols throughout the training session and in our centre.
