About this course
This training covers all aspects of correct manual handling techniques within the workplace. This includes both low-risk environments, such as an office setting, and high-risk settings, like a construction site, incorporating optimal strategies to reduce the probability of musculoskeletal injuries and promote safe and efficient movement in the workplace.

What will I leave with?

After successfully finishing the course, participants will receive a Coast Training certificate, which remains valid for a duration of two years. To maintain their certification, delegates are required to undergo the training again.

Registration and Welcome: The day typically begins with registration, where participants confirm their attendance and receive any necessary training materials or equipment.

Safety Briefing: A safety briefing is conducted to highlight the importance of adhering to safety protocols throughout the training session and in our centre.
