We’re excited to share that we are now an approved training provider for the Oil and Gas Transition Training Fund, backed by £900,000 of UK Government funding. This initiative is a major step toward building a greener future by supporting workers as they transition into renewable energy and low-carbon sectors.

What is the Oil & Gas Transition Training Fund?

This fund has been created to help current and former oil and gas workers gain new skills and qualifications for careers in the green energy sector. It aims to support the workforce transition through fully funded training.

Who is eligible? 

To apply you must:

• Be a current or former oil and gas worker

• Live in the Aberdeen area or work for a company with an office presence in Aberdeen

• Be a resident in Scotland

• Have the right to live and work in the UK

How do I apply? 

A dedicated online portal has been launched where applicants can:

• Register for an account

• Build a custom training package

• Submit directly for approval

What Does the Fund Cover?

The fund will cover training course fees only. Please note that travel, accommodation, and other related expenses are not included.
